We love to get to know you at the beginning of our project so that we can bring your story to life in the best possible way. This means some work on your part so that we are able to create the wildest video or eye-catching photos that attract your ideal audience.

First, we'll get to know each other. YOU'LL BOOK A ZOOM CALL WITH US, ANSWERING A FEW QUESTIONS BEFOREHAND TO HELP get all the deets on your project.
THIS WILL help us narrow down your vision, content needs, budget, ideal timeline, and work style; as well as help us determine if we're a right fit for each other!

let's get this project rolling | proposal
after our initial call, we'll send you a proposal full of all the details of our convo. this includes project parameters, pricing, and invoice details as well as our contract.
if you're ready to go with the proposal, you'll sign it and we'll start your project once your initial payment has been made! if not, we can chat more and update the proposal as needed before sign-off.
each project is customizable and may include additional items such as a preliminary zoom call, storyboard, and more. if you'd like to know more about these, just let us know! we'd be happy to explain!

the plan of attack | Pre-production
next, we'll start the shoot planning process. This is different for everyone, but you'll get a detailed email about what to expect once we've started!
here are a few things to expect, depending on your project contract (may or may not include):

once everything has been locked down, we'll schedule your shoot day(s) where we'll be capturing what we need to bring your unique story to life!

the day we've been waiting for | shoot day
now that your shoot day has been scheduled and everything is ready to go, we're ready to shoot!
you'll receive an email with details about the shoot including basic itinerary, due dates, and a reminder of your project details.

we came here to get shit done | THE EDIT
You're one step closer to all the good things! Your shoot has been completed and you're now in the editing queue! ️ the editing process will start within the next few weeks after our shoot has concluded. You'll receive content 6-8 weeks after our shoot date unless otherwise specified in our contract.
With the content we captured on shoot day, we'll start the edit, creating an amazing video or photo gallery. If it's a video, we'll add music, creative edits and sound effects - creating a high end production feel. if it's specified in your contract, you'll get a certain number of rounds of edits to your content before we finalize the project.
while you wait for all the good things to load, you'll receive an email about some of the important info regarding our project including: estimated delivery date, gallery link details, and more.

YOUR FINAL CONTENT HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND ARE UPLOADED INTO YOUR PERSONALIZED GALLERY! YOU'LL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH A LINK TO YOUR GALLERY AND DOWNLOAD PIN AS WELL AS INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO DOWNLOAD AND A REMINDER OF YOUR LICENSE PURCHASED IN YOUR PROPOSAL (THIS JUST MEANS HOW TO SHARE THE CONTENT, WHETHER YOU PURCHASED A VISUAL ATTRIBUTION LICENSE OR OTHERWISE AND WHAT THIS MEANS).
