OVERVIEW
We are seeking an individual to assist with taxes, financial decisions, budgeting, and helping us reach our financial goals! You'll be responsible for keeping track of finances using our software (Freshbooks), generating reports, creating a budget, and more. You'll be expected to check in every 2-4 weeks via email or virtual video call to review the month's expenditures and help keep us on track!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES​

Managing income and expenditure accounts.

Generating financial reports using income and expenditure data.
-
Keeping check on finances based on financial status.
-
Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations.
-
Initiating and managing financial and accounting software (Freshbooks).
-
Preparing financial statements and tax forms for small businesses, including LLC.
-
Preparing financial statements such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and statement of cash flows.
-
Preparing budgets and analyzing financial data related to budgets for accuracy and usefulness.
-
Reviewing financial statements and providing recommendations to owner regarding financial decisions.

Assisting with bookkeeping activities such as maintaining records of accounts receivable and payable, and making payroll deposits if applicable.

Compiling data and analyzing financial trends to identify potential problems within a business.

Assist with budgeting and achieving financial goals.

ASSISTANT TO THE BOSS LADY

OVERVIEW
We are seeking an individual to perform administrative duties and support our business operations. As a virtual assistant, you will be responsible for scheduling and attending virtual meetings, managing calendars, and executing travel arrangements. You will also be expected to complete online research, create presentations on Canva, handle various administrative tasks, and maintain our website.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, organize, and create presentations and take notes during meetings

Manage and maintain calendars

Update client presentations on Canva

Respond to all client emails and manage new inquiries

Reach out to new clients to schedule shoots

Making follow-up calls to client prospects

Job Qualifications/Skills:

Ability to manage a calendar and schedule appointments utilizing Calendly and Google.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; as well as all G-suite

Basic Knowledge of marketing, advertising, and public relations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

Familiarity with social media platforms (especially Instagram)

Proficiency with cloud-based platforms such as Google Docs, Zoom, Asana, and other remote team messaging apps
